Business Description:
Profit Rocket Academy™ helps business owners create strong market presence that leads to exponential growth. Our "Beat the Pandemic" seminars offer detailed, practical, actionable strategies for up-leveling any business. We especially love serving social impact, Women-owned and Black owned enterprises. 
I describe myself as a "recovering corporate executive on radical sabbatical." My organizational leadership experience includes roles as VP of Marketing leading a $900 million dollar portfolio of brands with 13 direct reports and large cross-functional teams, a nine year award-winning track record at Procter & Gamble, and consulting for several Fortune 500 companies. During my career, I've launched, grown and turned-around brands, as well as founded and taught in corporate universities.

As CEO of The Sheppard Academy™, which includes Profit Rocket Academy™ (business growth  accelerator) and  The Heartly Center for Mindfulness and Self-Mastery™ (personal growth intensive), I help executives and entrepreneurs craft brand architecture, set strategic and tactical plans, accelerate profit, overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress and complexity,  and lead teams to high-performance results. I lecture part-time at the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, where I've taught undergraduate and MBA students marketing, business strategy and leadership.

I sit on the Board of The Evolutionary Business Council and I have been inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. I have appeared numerous times in podcasts, radio and television as an expert on leadership and success.
